I regularly attend events such as Wedding Fayres across Yorkshire. Here is a list of Wedding Fayres I will be attending this year – I hope to see you there!
How do I enquire about a cake order?
I am happy to help in the way that feels most comfortable to you. You can simply e-mail your enquiry to info@yorkshirecakes.com.

What happens when I make an enquiry?
When you make your initial enquiry I will ask you some questions to help work out the perfect cake for you.
I’ll be asking details about the cake, and the occasion for it.
I will also ask for the date the cake is required (and venue, especially for weddings), so I can check my diary.
What happens next?
Once I have checked my diary and if I’m available, I can send you my starting price list and some further information.
Do you require a deposit?
I require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the date. I will book the date right upon receipt of the deposit.
Payments can be made by Cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
When is the payment due?
For weddings, the balance of payment is due a month before the wedding date.
Do you deliver?
Yes, I can deliver wedding cakes to the venue on the date we agreed previously.
I will include a delivery price in the quote.
Do you cater for special dietary needs?
Yes, of course. I am able to cater for dietary requirements (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free) as much as possible.
However, please note that my product liability insurance does not cover allergens, so I cannot cater for these.
Do you take short notice orders?
Of course. While I think it is always best to plan ahead of schedule, I appreciate it is not always possible.
